What You Can Expect

    Because we care deeply about our guests, we have the following policies:        
Cell Phones:      
Please turn ALL cell phones, or other devices to vibrate before you enter the salon or spa.
Should an emergency arise, we will be happy to provide you with a private place to make or receive your call.
Children & Visitors:    
•Facilities and appointments are for individuals ages 11 or over. Due to health and safety
concerns children under this age are not permitted in the salon or spa.      
•Due to the size of our facilities and the nature of the services we provide, we ask that guests
limit to one person visitors who are not scheduled for services. Visitors must be adults. 
Courtesy For Other Guests:                                                   
•Please respect other guests. A quiet atmosphere in the treatment rooms is taken seriously.
While some noise is unavoidable, we ask that you remember that there are private treatment
rooms.                
•We provide a client lounge for the enjoyment of all guests. If you are with a small party, please remain in the lounge while enjoying your meals or socializing. If you would like to book the facilities for a private party please contact our Director, Karen Crawford.
Guests With Special Needs:                                                      
We will take any measures within our abilities to accommodate guests with special needs or requirements. All rooms are wheelchair accessible. Please let your booking advisor know of anything we may do to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable.
Individuals
Booking
•Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment.                       
•A credit/debit card  number or gift certificate number is required when booking all
appointments.                     
•Arrival 15 minutes past scheduled appointment time will likely result in your needing to reschedule your appointment.                                                                                          
Cancellation                                                                                            
•Minimum 24 hours notice for single services.
•Minimum 72 hours for 2 or more services, including packages. If less, or no notice, is given the credit/debit card on file will be charged in full for the scheduled services. When cancelling, please be sure to record the name of the staff member taking your cancellation, and the time
and date of your call. 
Groups of 3 or More, Including Bridal Parties
Booking  
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Remainder is due two weeks before scheduled appointments.                                                                         
Cancellation                                                                                     
Special cancellation policies do apply, depending on the size of party and number of services scheduled. Please ask for details when you book your appointments.
•Expire ONE YEAR from date of purchase.   
•Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash or gratuities. They may however be redeemed for retail products.                                      
•Prices are guaranteed for 6 months. If after 6 months there has been a price increase in any service, the redeemer is responsible to pay only the difference between the old and new price.

Facility Policies

      Nicole Jeffrey’s proudly stands behind our work and products 100%.

•Refunds are issued within 7 business days (M-Sat. Excluding major holidays)                                 •We do require that you return and give us the opportunity to amend the situation with the same technician, or another technician of the manager’s choosing. 
•Communication between you and your technician at the time of service is paramount to ensuring you are satisfied with your results. For that reason, major changes in style or color should be carefully considered and  discussed in detail. Use of photos from magazines or our books is encouraged.                              
•We consider a refundable service one in which a mistake was made on the part of the designer or technician, not a disappointment on your part for choices made at the time of consultation. 
•Proper use of products recommended, and techniques used will enable you to reproduce what your designer does. Can’t remember exactly what your consultant did? Please schedule a complimentary visit so you may be  shown again how your new look was achieved.   
• If you are unhappy for any reason, please tell us before you leave. We are professionals, so don’t worry about hurting our feelings. We are here to make YOU happy! 

     If you are still unhappy after your return visit, we will cheerfully  issue a refund!

Please Note: If you find that you want added services (more highlights, etc.) this will be considered a request for new service and you will be charged the full price.

Gratuities are not included in prices and are based on your preference. Typically 15-20% of your total. When purchasing packages as a gift, we recommend including the gratuity in your purchase price.
